From cognitive function to emotional regulation, the benefits of sufficient sleep are undeniable. Insufficient sleep adversely affects the functioning of various vital systems in our body. Practising sleep hygiene is essential for ensuring adequate and quality sleep thus resulting in maintaining good health.
